Samostojeća kuća građena od kamena u centru mjesta
nedaleko plaže. Na prvom katu nudimo 6 soba - četiri dvokrevetne i dvije
trokrevetne, svaka sa kupatilom/wc. Mogućnost upotrebe
kuhinje,koja
je prostrana i potpuno opremljena. Veliki natkriveni prostor iz kojeg se ulazi u predsoblje, služi kao
blagovaona, a veliko dvorište je uređeno kao prostor za parkiranje
automobila.
Sobe su prostrane, zajedničke prostorije
su velike i opremljene, dvorište je puno mediteranskog raslinja.
Roštilj, kompletno opremljen nalazi se u vrtu. U prizemlju nudimo jedan trosobni apartman do 8
osoba, sa dva
sanitarna čvora,kuhinjom, d.boravkom i također velikim dvorištem dijelom
natkrivenim,koje je pogodno za blagovaonu
i boravak, odakle se pruža divan pogled na uvalu Splitske na "rivu" i dio Bračkog kanala.

detached stone house in the center, close to the beach. On the first floor, there are 6 rooms (four double and two three-bed
rooms), each with a bathroom and toilet. We offer the possibility of
using a spacious and completely equipped kitchen as well. A large
roofed area that leads into the lobby serves as the dining area and the
spacious yard is arranged as the parking area. The rooms are
spacious and the shared premises are large and fully equipped. The yard is
full of Mediterranean vegetation. A fully equipped barbeque is set up in
the yard. On the ground floor, there is a
three-room apartment for up to 8 persons with two sanitary facilities, a
kitchen, a living room and a large, partly roofed yard suitable to be used
as the dining and resting area, offering a beautiful view of the Splitska willage, the port, and a part of the Brač
Channel.

Frei stehendes Steinhaus im Zentrum des Ortes, unweit
vom Strand. Im ersten Stockwerk bieten wir 6 Zimmer an – vier Zweibettzimmer und zwei
Dreibettzimmer, jedes hat ein
Bad/WC. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Küche zu benutzen, die groß und
vollständig ausgestattet ist. Großer überdachter Raum. von dem man in den
Flur gelangt, dient als Esszimmer, und der große Hof dient zum Parken von Fahrzeugen. Die
Zimmer sind geräumig, die Gemeinschaftszimmer sind groß und eingerichtet,
im Hof wachsen viele mediterranische Pflanzen. Ein komplett eingerichteter
Grill befindet sich im Garten.
Im Erdgeschoss bieten wir ein
Drei-Zimmer-Appartement für maximal 8 Personen an, mit zwei sanitären
Einrichtungen, Küche, Wohnzimmer und ebenfalls großem Garten, der teilweise
überdacht ist, was zum Essen oder zum Ausruhen geeignet ist und von wo aus
man einen herrlichen Blick auf
die Hafen von Splitska, auf die "Riva" und auf einen Teil des Kanals von Brač hat.

Casa indipendente costruita
in pietra al centro del paese, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Al primo piano
offriamo sistemazione in 6 camere
– quattro doppie e due triple, ciascuna
con bagno/WC. Possibilità d’utilizzare
una cucina spaziosa e
ompletamente attrezzata. Il grande spazio coperto dal quale si fa ingresso
nell’anticamera, serve come sala da pranzo, mentre l’ampio cortile funge da
parcheggio per le autovetture.
Le camere sono spaziose, gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben attrezzati, il
cortile è ricco di vegetazione tipicamente mediterranea. Il
barbecue, completamente attrezzato, si trova nel giardino.
