Sutivan is a quiet fishing village, with clean pebble-stone beaches and crystal-clean sea, only an hour's ferry-ride away from Split. Besides enjoyable apartments, we also rent boats, bikes, rowing-boats, and sailing boards.

The apartments were built and furnished in 2005. according to the latest standards of Croatian's Ministry of Tourism. This means we have taken every care to ensure that your holiday with us is as pleasant as possible. The apartments have an open view to the sea and are positioned so as no traffic or noise will disturb your rest.

Both children and adults can enjoy scents of indigenous Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds the house – rosemary, lavander, oleander, olive-trees, oranges and lemons. Whether in the vine shade or on the green meadows, you're guaranteed to relish the traditional Dalmatian siesta.
The most beautiful pebble beach of Sutivan, «Bistrica» is within a walking distance. You can see the position of our house in relation to the sea.
 
 

The beach is a merely 3 minute walk down the quiet street, and further 10 to 15 minutes of casual stroll will take you directly to the centre of the village. You can find anything you need there: 2 supermarkets, an open market, a post-office, restaurants, tavernas, a pizzeria, caffees, a bakery, pastry shops, a diving centre, a fitness centre, hairdresser's, and a cinema. There is also a popular outing nearby, Sutivan's nature park, «Park prirode Sutivan», where you can see domestic animals, play beach volley, basketball or «balote», a traditional Dalmatian game similar to bowling.
 
 

Besides the possibility of renting bikes, surf-boards and rowing boats at exceptionally good prices, we also offer full outdoor arrangements for those who would like to spend their vacation actively or visit other natural and cultural sights on the island of Brač. Choose between the following:
