VAT is included in the price.

The full amount of a rent and a soujurne tax should be payed when the guest recieves a bill.
Prices are expresed for the apartment, not for the person.

Tourist tax is not icluded in the price.
Tourist tax amounts:

4,50 kn 30.11.-1.3.2012.
5,50 Kn od 01.03. - 01.06. & 01.10.- 30.11.2012.
7,00 Kn od 01.06. - 30.09.2012

Persons from age 12-18 pays 50% of the sojourn tax. Youngsters-children up to 12 are sojourn tax free.

Returning guests are eligible to 10% discount.

Short-stay accomodation (less then 4 nights) is charged different, with larger price.

Prices in the Price list above are not for the agency guests.

Energy, water, internet, parking space, ocasional use of the bikes, loundy change ever 7 days and
cleaning of the apartment (if the apartment is left in a decent condition - if not it costs 100 kuna) is in the apartment fee.

Pets (small dogs & cats) will cost you 15 Kn for the day (night). Larger pets are negotiated separately

*Apartment A3 without the sea-veiw, but with a large terracce and a wide lawn in front (ideal for children).

All the apartments are equally equipped, except:

Apartment 1 - dish washing machine, glass-cheramic cooking surface
Apartment 7 - LCD TV, dish washing machine
Apartment 9 - Flat screen TV, dish washing machine, oven, DVD player, glass-ceramic cooking surface

Entering the apartments is allowed after 14:00* ,
guests have to leave the apartment the last day before 10:00 AM*
* if not arranged different with the owner

In the time from 02.07. till 27.08. reservations are available only
from saturday to saturday ( on the 7, 14 and the 21 day basis).

Complaint book is at the owner office.
