Pets (dogs, cats) will cost you 2,5 euro daily.
An extra bed will cost you 5 euro daily.

Returning guests are eligible to 10% discount.
Discount price is applied when using more than two apartments.
Discount price is applied for sojourn longer than 14 days.
Discount price is applied for 4 person apartments if three or less persons are using it.

Sojourn shorter than 3 days is charged by 30% higher price.

Apartment reservation takes about 25% money of counted price.
When guests arrive to apartment thay have to pay the rest of the price.
If guests leave the apartments before date agreed upon, they can ask for 50% discount for the time that is left
till the end of the negotiated period.

VAT is included in the price.
Tourist tax is not icluded in the price.
Tourist tax amount:
3,50 Kn = 01.01.-01.06. & 01.11.-31.12.
4,50 Kn = 01.06.-01.07. & 01.09.-01.10
6,00 Kn = 01.07.-01.09.

Entering the apartments is alowed after 12:00 AM*, guests have to leave the apartment the last day before 09:00 AM*
* time mentioned is negotiable

All the apartments are equally equipped, only the size of the apartments make the difference in the price.

Guests can use the free bikes during the day.
